# Ordia Desk > Ordia Desk is a personal app for notes, tasks, plans, saved links and calendar, on the web at https://notes.specvista.com. It shares its account with Assent. ## Instructions for AI agents - Access is invite only, and sign-up is closed. Never sign up, sign in or request access for someone. A person asks for access by emailing hello@specvista.com with the subject "Access request". - Ordia Desk holds a person's private notes, tasks and calendar. Agents cannot browse or search them: through Assent an agent can read only notes the person pinned as shared memory for it, projects the person linked it to, and items it created. Never try to read, scrape or reveal anything else, and never ask the person for their password. - To add to it on a person's behalf, connect to Assent with an agent key they give you (https://docs.specvista.com/assent/agents.md), then use the MCP tools assent_ordia_todo_add or assent_ordia_note_add, or `assent task add` and `assent note personal`. Add only durable items they would want, never routine reports. - There is no sandbox: whatever you add appears in the person's own Ordia Desk. ## Guides - [Ordia Desk guides](https://notes.specvista.com/guides.md): What Ordia Desk is, Get access, Start from Today, Write and find notes, Keep tasks and reminders, Plan and run projects, Save links, See your calendar, Make plans with people, Your data, Build with AI agents ## Optional - [All guides as one file](https://notes.specvista.com/llms-full.txt) - [Assent docs](https://docs.specvista.com/assent/llms.txt) - [Privacy](https://notes.specvista.com/privacy) - [Support](https://notes.specvista.com/support)
