What Ordia Desk is

Ordia Desk keeps your notes, tasks, plans, saved links and calendar in one place, on the web at https://notes.specvista.com. It uses the same account as Assent.

Get access

Ordia Desk is invite only, and sign-up is closed. To ask for access, email hello@specvista.com with the subject "Access request". With an invite, open the invite link from your email, create your account with the address the invite was sent to, then sign in at https://notes.specvista.com/sign-in.

Start from Today

Today shows your next calendar events and the tasks you chose for today, or that are due or overdue. Choose a task for today, move it to later, or open it to work on it.

Write and find notes

Open Notes and choose New note to write one. Search, tags and filters bring a note back when you need it.

Keep tasks and reminders

Tasks keeps the next useful actions in view. Give a task a due time and a reminder time, and it reminds you then.

Settings sets your time zone and task reminders, shows whether your phone can receive pushes, and lists the reminders sent recently.

Plan and run projects

Plan gives your goals a rhythm of dated sessions, week by week. Projects group the tasks, tracks and milestones of one larger piece of work.

Save links

Saved keeps good links findable. Choose Save a link to add one, review the useful ones, and let the rest go.

See your calendar

Calendar is a private view of your time. Connect your personal and work Google calendars separately with Connect calendars, and change them later with Manage calendars.

Make plans with people

Plans & People helps you make room for friendships and new connections, one real plan at a time.

Your data

In Settings you can download a copy of everything in your account as a JSON file, change your password, sign out of every device, or delete your account.

Build with AI agents

Ordia Desk has no API or MCP server of its own, and agents cannot sign in to it. Agents you connect to Assent can add to it: the Assent MCP tools assent_ordia_todo_add and assent_ordia_note_add, or the commands assent task add and assent note personal. See https://docs.specvista.com/assent/agents.md.

Agents cannot browse or search your notes, tasks or calendar. They can read only notes you pin as shared memory for them, projects you link them to, and items they created. They should only add a to-do for a concrete action you must take, or a note you would deliberately search for later, never routine run reports.
